The African Union Pavilion served as the official platform representing the AU and over 50 participating companies from across the continent. Positioned as a unified voice at one of the year’s most important trade events, the pavilion highlighted Africa’s growing role in commerce, collaboration, and innovation.
The Challenge:
Design and deliver a 1300 sqm high-capacity pavilion that could host 50+ exhibitors under the African Union’s umbrella—while preserving a clear, engaging experience for thousands of visitors. The space had to show the AU’s identity, allow for different products and countries to be represented, and encourage both formal and casual interactions—all within one organized and well-defined area.
This wasn’t just a booth—it was a living hub.
We transformed a continent’s vision into a unified, functional space. From structure and buildup to zoning, branding, and AV setup, every detail was designed for purpose. With over 50 exhibitors sharing 1,300 sqm, we ensured seamless visitor flow, flawless logistics, and full tech integration—true to the African Union’s spirit. Each section worked in harmony with the rest, shaping one collective experience.
