HKO at Mido Eyewear Show: A clear, focused space built around vision and precision

Client Overview

HKO is a company dedicated to optical lens manufacturing. The company's focus at Mido 2024 was to present its precision-driven product lines in a way that matched its technical discipline. Compact but confident, the booth was about practical design with a clear message.

Challenge: With only 48 sqm on a high-traffic path, the task was to make every square meter count. The booth needed to reflect both the technical reliability of HKO’s products and the professionalism of its team—without clutter, over-design, or distraction. Functionality had to guide the form.

  4. Suspended Cube Branding: Without taking up floor space, the hanging signage cube allowed the brand to be visible from multiple aisles.
  5. Client Lounge Zone: The seating area supported more focused business conversations away from the main traffic line.
  6. Minimal Color Use: Red accents grounded the identity; monochrome walls and flooring ensured clarity and contrast.
  7. Literature Rack Integration: Practical and neat, placed near the entrance for instant access to brochures and data sheets.

Our Approach

The booth was approached like a showroom inside a hallway—open, linear, and sharply defined. The architectural shell offered structure without boxing visitors in. Every element had to be there for a reason, from the reception flow to the visibility of signage across the aisle. The choice of materials and lighting kept things precise and clean. We avoided distractions, letting the brand’s technicality and clarity be the experience. No overstatements—just a straightforward environment built for attention, retention, and conversation.
